These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bynding mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Services") provided by Bynding Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Bynding provides tools to help users capture, organise, and share records of discussions, agreements, and related materials. The Services enable users to:

How mutual acknowledgement works:

A "bynd" is created when both parties explicitly confirm the content of a record. This creates a shared, timestamped record that both parties can access. A completed bynd cannot ordinarily be unilaterally modified or deleted by either party.

Important: We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Bynding records are intended to support communication and documentation between parties. We make no representations about the legal enforceability, admissibility, or evidentiary value of any record created using the Services. You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

4. User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Services ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

Licence grant: By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you and other users with whom you choose to share content.

Shared content: When you create a mutual record (bynd) with another user, both parties have access to that shared content. You acknowledge that shared content cannot ordinarily be unilaterally deleted by either party.
